It explores how small moments, over time, have built our community. Community members are interviewed, then pieces are made with their reflections and shared experiences.

Pause grew out of the collective moment we took during the COVID-19 pandemic. This sudden moment of change forced us to shift, adapt, and consider new ways of being. By exploring what brings us joy, grief, gratitude, and heartbreak helps us build a strong, resilient community.
